Went to another shop that was closer to us and was told it could be everything under the sun despite the fact that we knew we needed a new belt. Found Bobs and called. Had a good feeling from the phone call. They agreed it was the belt, Frank skipped his lunch to fix it, offered us air conditioned waiting room and went out of his way to make us comfortable! Thanks to Jesse and Frank we were at the beach in an hour.
